I usually teach classes for intermediate and advanced tanglers, but this one is perfect for beginners, too. It always amazes me how it is possible to create such an intricate design by adding the most basic shapes. The approach to finishing this project combines Zentangle's Reticula and Fragments concept with drawing some additional ornaments.

Supplies

I recommend using the following supplies:

two round tan tiles (I’ll use an original Zentangle’s black Zendala and any other round tile to help draw the string)
gold Gelly Roll Metallic
gold color pencil

Additionally, you can use some more supplies to add more details to the card:

glitter pen
another round tile to connect to the one you draw on
paper punch to punch a hole
a textile ribbon to connect the paper tiles

You can choose colors, depending on your own preferences.
