This is a fun and relaxing Zentangle-inspired class that consists of 10 video lessons (excluding Intro), which break down the creative process into logical units. Learn how to easily tangle the woven rim and add charming zen-feathers, made of different tangles. Finally, learn the shading and highlighting approach that will really breathe life into this design. Total length of video lessons is 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The class includes and PDF eBook - a great future reference and guideline through the steps to finishing the project and additional tips and tricks.

Supplies

I recommend using the following supplies:

Phi-sized toned tile (I’ll use the original Zentangle’s Renaissance Phi, size: 5"x 3.1" / 12.7 cm x 7.847cm)
black pen of your choice, such as Micron 01 or PN
white Gelly Roll 10
white charcoal and/or color pencil
graphite pencil
blending stumps
grey alcohol marker for deepening the shades (optional)

You can choose any toned paper, such as tan or gray or other color of your choice. If you use a white background, you will not be able to add highlights but you can definitely finish the project.
Using colors to enhance details (color the beads or tangles) might be a nice addition, as you can see in my examples below.
